Product Returns and Exchanges:

Food, Medicine, Liquid Grooming Article & Feed Supplement: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any kind of pet food, pet medicine, pet feed supplements, grooming articles such as shampoo, conditioners, dental care products, and similar items. Please make sure to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.

  2. Accessories, Toys, Grooming: Returns or exchanges on accessories, toys, and grooming products are acceptable within 5 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and will be inspected by our third-party pick-up agent before processing the return or exchange.

  3. Expiry Dates: It is the responsibility of the customer to check the expiry dates of the pet food, pet medicine, and other perishable items at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges for expired products.

  4. Product Quality: We strive to provide high-quality products for your pets. However, if you believe there is a quality issue with the items purchased, please contact our customer service within 48 Hours of receiving the product, providing detailed information about the problem. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate resolution.

  5. Damaged Shipments: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with damaged items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as issuing a refund or sending a replacement item.

  6. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service within 3 Days of delivery. We will rectify the situation by arranging for a return of the wrong item and sending you the correct one. Please ensure that the incorrect item remains unopened and in its original packaging.

  7. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information, including the correct delivery address and contact details. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.

Limited Liability: Our liability for any damages arising from the purchase or use of pet food, pet medicine, pet feed supplements, grooming articles, and related products is limited to the cost of the purchased items. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  2. Wallet Credits: The wallet credits cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used for purchases on the Indipet website. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Guarantee:

  1. Guaranteed Products: Certain products may come with a guarantee provided by the manufacturer. The guarantee is applicable only to the specific product and the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer. Guarantee:

Arbitration:

  3. Arbitrator’s Decision: The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The arbitrator shall have the authority to award damages, injunctive relief, or any other appropriate remedies as deemed necessary.

  4. Waiver of Class Action: Both parties expressly waive their right to initiate or participate in any class action, collective arbitration, or representative proceeding concerning the dispute.

  5. Costs and Expenses: The costs and expenses of the arbitration, including the arbitrator’s fees, shall be borne equally by both parties unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator in the final award.

  6. Waiver of Court Proceedings: By accepting these Terms & Conditions, both parties agree to waive their right to pursue any claims or remedies in a court of law, except for the enforcement of the arbitration award.

  7. Severability: If any provision of this arbitration clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  8. Survival: This arbitration clause shall survive the termination or completion of the transaction and the expiration or termination of these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Gateway Issues:

  1. Liability: In the event of any payment gateway issue or transaction failure, we shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience caused to the customer. Any disputes or concerns related to payment processing, including but not limited to failed transactions, declined payments, or unauthorized charges, should be directed to the respective bank or payment gateway service provider.

Contact Bank or Payment Gateway: Customers experiencing payment-related issues are advised to contact their bank or the payment gateway service provider directly for assistance, resolution, or clarification. We will provide any necessary transaction details or documentation required by the customer to facilitate communication with the bank or payment gateway.

  3. Resolution Responsibility: We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving payment gateway issues by providing relevant information or documentation as available to us. However, the ultimate resolution of the payment issue lies with the bank or payment gateway service provider, and we do not have control over their processes or decisions.

  4. Refund Processing: In the case of failed transactions or duplicate charges, if a refund is due, we will initiate the refund process as per our standard refund policy. However, the time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary and is subject to the policies and processes of the bank or payment gateway service provider.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of payment information and the availability of sufficient funds in the designated account.
